Studio and Cancellation Policies
Please come to your appointment alone, unless previously discussed.
No buggy’s or children are allowed to attend the appointment.
If you are booking your tattoo in a visible place eg, front or side of neck, face or hand, please contact your artist directly.
Please attend your appointment on time. No more than 10 minutes early or 15 minutes late, as this will disrupt the appointment before or after you. If you are 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit taken as a no show fee.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice and we will honour your deposit.
Please do not wear a school uniform to your tattoo appointment.
We usually ask all clients to refrain from using numbing cream. Please contact your artist directly if you wish to use this. We may not be able to tattoo you if use numbing cream and you haven’t previously discussed with your artist. If this is the case, your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
We will not be able to tattoo you if you are on a course of antibiotics or any medication for the skin or blood thinners.
Please do not book a tattoo if you will be swimming, using a sauna or steam room or exposing it to direct sunlight in the next 4 weeks.
Please do not book a tattoo if you have to wear fake tan or put make up on the area within 4 weeks.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee if you no show or give us less than 48hours notice when rescheduling your appointment.
